To request an update of a particular theme or plugin, kindly let us know your preferred version number and we will update it as soon as possible. Although update requests usually do not make much sense because we publish them as soon as they are available and we have the time to upload them.
Have installed latest version of Kadence Theme Pro, but still getting prompted to upgrade to Pro version within site. Doesn’t allow use of Pro features, such as starter templates etc…
Download Kadence Theme Latest Free Version from your WordPress Dashboard, then install Kadence Pro Addon (by using plugin manager not theme manager). Kadence theme will have Pro features.
Yep, that’s what I did. But when I try and use a Pro feature, such as install one of the pro starter templates, I get a message saying I need to install Kadence Pro and Kadence Blocks Pro (I have both installed), and that I need to upgrade to an Essential or Full Bundle license.

We would LOVE to update to its latest version, but we encountered an issue with the activation with its latest version. We’re unable to bypass the security in its latest version, as it’s making a lot of server API calls. We will update the file as soon as possible once we got a solution for this.
