actually, I have it installed. in the screenshot I activated the Neve Pro addon. but I was using neve free theme. I also tried your link, but that is the same file as I was using. You can see in the screenshot that Neve theme is there. If I activate the Neve theme, it is without pro features. If I activate the Pro addon, it is all blank. Am I doing anything wrong?
Hmm, that’s odd. This is probably related to the outdated version of Neve Pro.

Neve Pro Addon has been updated to 2.4.5
We would LOVE to update to its latest version, but we encountered an issue with the activation with its latest version. We’re unable to bypass the security in its latest version, as it’s making a lot of server API calls. We will update the file as soon as possible once we got a solution for this.
