Update to 2.3.2 (if possible!)
We would LOVE to update to its latest version, but we encountered an issue with the activation with its latest version. We’re unable to bypass the security in its latest version, as it’s making a lot of server API calls. We will update the file as soon as possible once we got a solution for this.

yes sure I have added a screenshot but there is not much to see, as the theme is not displaying anything at all, front end is just blank.

I noticed that you haven’t installed the default free theme ‘NEVE’ which is required.
Please download it from there, and in combination with the Neve Pro addon, all features should work =)
