I was hoping I may get info on what it means if I have previously downlaoded an item that was included, but no longer see it in results?
Should I take this to mean that the ability/support for updates was discontinued for a technical reason, or for reasons of a new license not being purchased on your team’s end?
An example would be the RISE CRM tool. I know that this was a reason I joined early in my license. So I thought I was going a bit crazy when I couldn’t find the page. However, I do see it in my download history, so I know it was available.
Would this mean that we have to place this item in as a wishlist request once again, or does it mean there was a technical reason for the plugin not being supported?
