To request an update of a particular theme or plugin, kindly let us know your preferred version number and we will update it as soon as possible. Although update requests usually do not make much sense because we publish them as soon as they are available and we have the time to upload them.

It’s asking for a purchase code; can you please check on that. I can’t seem to use it without one.

Please note that we do not provide license keys and the import of demo content is not available with our services.

Would you be able to let me know what features are not working for you?

Can’t do anything with the theme if it’s not nulled. It doesn’t even installs the required free plugins.

Appreciate if you can delist the item if it’s not usable.

You cannot configure the template options or use the template elementor widgets or import demos. Without activation (or nulled). Without this the template utility is the same as installing the hello elementor template.

We need to see if we can download the required plugins from the developer separately, as the theme zip doesn’t include them. We will update this thread as soon as possible if we found a solution for this issue.

Ativo - Pilates Yoga WordPress Theme has been updated to 5.7.

Hi, I installed the ‘Ativo’ theme on a brand new WP install. However, I get a fatal error on the homepage after following the instructions.

Thanks. When I try and update the theme via /wp-admin/admin.php?page=festinger-vault-theme-updates it’s saying no new update exists?

I have downloaded the latest files and replaced current version but I still get the same fatal error? Can you please investigate? Thanks

Hi, the theme should have a copy of Elementor Pro in order to work, but this is not installed as part of the download. Can you please advise?
