Please hard refresh the page by using CTRL+F5 and it should solve the issue. =)

Easy workaround: go to the site (festingervault.com) and find and download the plugin. Then go to your site and install it manually. It works that way (I did it twice today).

I’ve just downloaded it twice (did a refresh) and its still 19.7
