Unable to download

I try to download a script at https://festingervault.com/ultimate-membership-pro/

when I hit “download from recurring plan” button, the button goes blur out and no response, no file was downloaded. No error message shows too,

I also try different browser and computer, all give me same response.

Can you advice is there any issue in my account or system having glitch?
