The festinger vault plugin isnt updating my theme

I recently bought the phox whmcs theme (https://festingervault.com/phox-hosting-wordpress-and-whmcs-theme/)
It says 2.36 on the title but when I downloaded it and put it in wordpress, it says Version 2.1.8. I bought the theme with the 19$ one download subscription. I installed the festinger vault plugin and activated it with my key and turned on auto update, but it hasnt done anything and its been a few hours, i tried the force update a few times and that hasnt done anything either.
