When ever i try to install this on my website i get a critical error and have to restore a backup to get the site up and running again.

Ill try downlading the free one and see how i get on from wordpress

Im using

WordPress 6.0.2 running [JupiterX Child] theme.
PHP 7.4

I tried installing the free version then copying the pro files over ftp but that didnt work either. As soon as i install the pro version, the site completely breaks.

And can you let us know the exact critical error, so we can troubleshoot the issue from our end? =)
Any idea how to do this. I screenshoted the exact error i received which i attached. Doesnt seem to show what exact error it is. Just a critical one.

whats the difrence betwen this and MonsterInsights Plus - #13 by FestingerUpdates

tried both and nether can do "Advanced Reports " so i can view the keywords
