To request an update of a particular theme or plugin, kindly let us know your preferred version number and we will update it as soon as possible. Although update requests usually do not make much sense because we publish them as soon as they are available and we have the time to upload them.

Weird issue.


The theme was working great. I’ve been building out my site all week. Then tonight the “License Key” got deactivated. I uninstalled, deleted theme, and reinstalled. No luck. This happened once before earlier in the week when I deleted one of the media files from one of the templates I imported. However, I was able to get it working that time when I deactivated, deleted and reinstalled the theme.

That isn’t working now.

This appears to be the somewhat familiar issue that others may be experiencing since it’s on their FAQ:

We would LOVE to update to its latest version, but we encountered an issue with the activation with its latest version. We’re unable to bypass the security in its latest version, as it’s making a lot of server API calls. We will update the file as soon as possible once we got a solution for this.

Just a quick follow up: Is the “solution” something that is likely to happen? This is a first encounter for me with all the plugins/themes on vault, so I have no idea how long to wait.

We don’t know that in upfront, we are doing our upper best to investigate the issue and fix it once it has been resolved.
