To request an update of a particular theme or plugin, kindly let us know your preferred version number and we will update it as soon as possible. Although update requests usually do not make much sense because we publish them as soon as they are available and we have the time to upload them.

I have just paid for the full Gold Membership, how do I active a theme so that I can fully customise and adapt the theme? Thanks in advance.

This is where I am having an issue with getting the full access to the theme’s customisation.

Please note that the import of demo content is not supported by our services, as stated in the FAQ:

Also, all the theme functionalities will work without the need of this key :slight_smile:

There is a problem with the theme and I cannot install the required plugins. The theme is not working properly because the core theme plugin is not installed. Can you download and install plugins and demo content separately?
