To request an update of a particular theme or plugin, kindly let us know your preferred version number and we will update it as soon as possible. Although update requests usually do not make much sense because we publish them as soon as they are available and we have the time to upload them.
I have just finished downloading JetElements, JetMenu, JetthemeCore, JetWooBuilder, and a few others none of them seem to show up as activated. I tried to install a coming soon page using the the plugin and Elementor but for all the templates it’s asking to please activate. Is there something wrong, or was there a process to install these plugins, and I simply didn’t do it right? Also, would you need me to create a support for each of the plugins mentioned, or would one be enough? I will provide a screenshot.

Thank you for your quick response. I thought that I only used your plugins, however to be sure, I will removed them and reinstalled them one at a time. Thank you for your feedback.
