I have investigated the issue and it seems that this is not because of the plugin. It seems that this is because of your server configuration settings.
If you have another staging URL using a different host, you might check and test the upload of this slider. The issue here lies with your server settings. You might have downtime or the upload max size allowed by your host is lower. You will have to increase it to at least 64MB.
