i’ve a problem of downloading directly plugin or theme from website? i cant download them?
and there’s a problem either on installing from domain of my website using the festingervault plugin
it kept loading ???

Have you enabled HTTPS or SSL certificates?

And please check your PHP memory allowance as our plugin requires some PHP resources to actual load

ssl is enabled and php memory is 3072M?
