My plugins doesnt auto update even if they’re enabled. I literally have to force the update but I guess it should automatically update, am I right?
Hello @iKalanko,
I just moved your topic to a new one.
Our automated updates rely on your cronjob mechanism of WordPress.
Can you please install this plugin and see if the Festinger Vault cronjob is executing as expected?
Hello and thank you for your reply. I run crons directly from cPanel and not from WP.
I also got these errors when checking the error_log file.
[13-Feb-2023 01:46:29 UTC] PHP Warning: unlink(/home/yourserver/public_html/wp-content/uploads/fv_auto_update_directory/plugins//media-cleaner.zip): No such file or directory in /home/yourserver/public_html/wp-content/plugins/festingervault/festingervault.php on line 2117

I Installed the plugin and there’s nothing related to festingervault.
Yes, it seems that the cronjob is running.
In regards to your initial question, would you be able to post a screenshot of your installed plugins, please?
Those were updated because I used the “forced update” function.
Also, do you have any idea what this could be?

Thank you in advanced.

Thanks for the screenshot. I sent you a personal message with the request to provide us with temporary admin access.

Also, do you have any idea what this could be?
It looks like these plugins weren’t able to be extracted properly after installation or update.
We will check this out for you.
I’m still facing issues with this situation.
Hello @iKalanko,
We tried to reply to your email multiple times, but you used a temporary email during the sign up so our replies are getting rejected…
I don’t know what are you talking about sir because the email I have registered in my account is not a temporary email and I have left a couple message via chat and also gave you the access link via pm.

Thats from the account created on the website. I can be reached here if you just pm me like you did for the credentials .
Hi @iKalanko,
We received a new reply from you by email, but as instructed on our previous reply, we cannot reply to you by email that way.
We’re currently having some issues with the automatic update management page and it will be resolved by next week.
We will post an update asap.
This issue has been resolved!
