Hello.

Any news regarding this issue since month? It’s affected to all websites with FileBird 5.5.2. Can’t install new plugins in Festinger Vault or even activate Festinger Vault plugin if WL enabled.

After FileBird 5.5.2 update Festinger Vault plugin breaks down - Vault page freeze with continuous loading.

Unfortunately there is no update yet as Filebird is using an outdated version of Jquery and that conflicts with our Festinger Vault plugin. For obvious reasons, we’re unable to degrade our Jquery version number.

We would LOVE to update to its latest version, but we encountered an issue with the activation with its latest version. We’re unable to bypass the security in its latest version, as it’s making a lot of server API calls. We will update the file as soon as possible once we got a solution for this.

FileBird has been updated to 5.5.6.

When FileBird Pro 5.5.6 is installed and activated, Festinger Vault just spins and doesn’t work. When I deactivate this plugin, and go back to Festinger Vault, it works as usual.

The Festinger Vault plugin will not completely break with most of them but you will likely find some edge cases or annoying issues that you have to work around. Plugins Firebird Pro: Incompatible - jQuery error which prevents loading the Festinger Vault plugin completely.
