I purchased a single download license. When attempting to download Ultimate SHortcodes plugin I receive a message that I need to upgrade. What am I doing wrong?

I solved my own problem! I wasn’t usingthe Vault Plugin. All Ok. Worked perfectly

I am happy to read that your issue has been resolved. However, you should be able to download on both main websites as on our Festinger Vault the golden downloads with the pay-as-you-go credit.
Can you let us know what file you were trying to download, please?
