To request an update of a particular theme or plugin, kindly let us know your preferred version number and we will update it as soon as possible. Although update requests usually do not make much sense because we publish them as soon as they are available and we have the time to upload them.
Hi there, please update the new version. I have downloaded the free and premium version of CartFlows. However, I am not able to import the template from them. I am always prompt with the error “invalid license key” Are there any solution to this?
Indeed, I’ve downloaded and installed your Free zipped version , and then your Pro zipped version.
The first weird thing is that when I install the Pro version from your zipped file, Wodpress thinks that i’m just updating the plugin (from the current version that is your Free zipped version)
And finally, there is no way to put any license key in the settings of the plugin. Where are we supposed to input the license key then, in the code through the plugin file editor maybe ?
I originally installed the festinger vault pro version then the free plugin, after activating the free plugin my site broke: There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
I deleted both plugin folders from my site directory, which fixed the issue. So I followed the instructions on the F Vault Cartflow Pro page:
I install the free plugin first, but when I Activated the Pro plugin from the ZIP file my site broke again.
