We’re pretty straight forward in regards to the import of demo content:

Do you provide serial keys?
No. All the items work without a serial code, but please keep in mind that features such as the import of demo content and premium support are not included .

Please explain me how we can assist you with something we do not offer with our services?

Where is this guy from last time? He helped me immediatlely.

He logged into the website and fixed it.

But I’m not even asking for this, just a hint in the right direction.

I remember he said it was something about that it can be fixed by reiploading certain files.

We have already given you the same answer 3 times now.

The import of demo content is not available with our services as outlined on every sales page.

We do have a great team, but we’re not magicians.

Hello, trying to install a new pre-built website from Betheme, but when it comes to unzipping the file, it says the package could not be unziped. It happened to a bunch of themes.

You’ll have to install this item as a theme.
