To request an update of a particular theme or plugin, kindly let us know your preferred version number and we will update it as soon as possible. Although update requests usually do not make much sense because we publish them as soon as they are available and we have the time to upload them.

the theme is old version and able import pre build-website

its not a latest vertion it is 25.1.8

and can you provide demo content link for the above mentioned theme

You were right. I just checked the version information, and I can confirm it was not the latest version. The latest theme files have been added now.

Hi @Festinger
Could you please check the zip?
After the unzip, I found the theme version is 25.1.8 not 25.1.9.1

Thanks for updating but I’m unable to download the new file. When i click on the “download from onetime plan” button it just goes to a page with a “no such key” error.

Hi! I have a problem when installing a specific Betheme demo website called “BeTire”. On installation an error message say “The package could not be unziped.”

Here is a video of the issue:

Could you help me with this and tell what causes this, becaue I had the same issue on a previous wordpress installation before amd don’t want to message support over the matter again and again.

What the heck is going on with festinger support?

I had the exact same problem a week ago and within 5 minutes someone was there and fixed it for me, no questions asked.

This time first the support tells me to post a request here in the forum and now there is no support here at all here? Just plainly saying “not our problem”, seriously?

Could you at least TRY to help by pointing me in the right direction please?
