To request an update of a particular theme or plugin, kindly let us know your preferred version number and we will update it as soon as possible. Although update requests usually do not make much sense because we publish them as soon as they are available and we have the time to upload them.

It’s asking for an activation code to be able to use a theme fully. How we can avoid that? Thanks

It does not allow to do no anything without the key.

ANNs demo content was found - finally :partying_face:

" In case demo data installation is stuck and you see "Error load data from the file … " error message , you can manually install it by downloading the default.zip archive with demo data from our server. The archive should be unzipped. Then create demo/ folder in wp-content/themes/ann/ directory and copy /default folder to wp-content/themes/ann/demo ."

Hi there! I have not received a concrete answer about this issue yet. Neither of the activation code that the theme is asking after installation.

What kind of response are you expecting from our side?

As from your last response, the child theme is only intended if you’re able to customize the theme in CSS or functions.php.

Are all the other features working for you?

Please note that we do not provide license keys with our services and the import of demo content is not supported.
