Ok so now I have the same problem. It comes up when you want to connect with a new google account. My old one is still working with the extention.
When you press “LINK YOUR GOOGLE DRIVE ACCOUNT” it redirects you to https://redirect.wp-migration.com/v1/gdrive/create and you get an error message:

What version is your old one and what version are you using with this error?

Hello Festinger

They are both using the newest version. It’s just that I was already logged into Google when upgrading so it just kept the connection intact.
I just included this information as a possible solution for this nonsense

I see, and thanks a lot for reporting this.

We’ve been experiencing LOADS of problems with the addons of AIO migration. In every update, they change some core files, which prevents bypassing their security checks.

At this moment I couldn’t provide you with a solution, but we’re doing our upper best to find one.

You may be a victim of software counterfeiting. The license installed on your extension is likely non-genuine or pirated. For assistance, contact us at [email protected].

Yup, the original developers are including much more of these texts recently to make people scared of using their plugin without a license. Don’t worry, this message is only displayed because the lack of a valid license :slight_smile:

New update arrived , hope the message error doesnt show up , i got the error and both plugin and wp up to date until now

You can just simply ignore the ‘error message’ as described above. :wink:

I could reproduce it as well @Festinger.

Basically, install both AIO free + google drive extension. Try to connect the account:

You will be redirected to https://redirect.wp-migration.com/v1/gdrive/create and see the message:

So basically, it sadly doesn’t appear to be working.

In the meanwhile @herrscher, I would recommend you another backup plugin, like Updraftplus: UpdraftPlus Premium 2.22.12.25 – Festinger Vault

It works very well too!

I can second that. It looks like there is no way to connect Google Drive to your account without a valid license key.

We have to dig into the code more deeply and see if we can fix this.

We would LOVE to update to its latest version, but we encountered an issue with the activation with its latest version. We’re unable to bypass the security in its latest version, as it’s making a lot of server API calls. We will update the file as soon as possible once we got a solution for this.

Meanwhile, please have a look at this thread which explains the entire process. :slight_smile:
