To request an update of a particular theme or plugin, kindly let us know your preferred version number and we will update it as soon as possible. Although update requests usually do not make much sense because we publish them as soon as they are available and we have the time to upload them.
Hi there. I have been getting confused by the title! Your title states Advanced Database Cleaner Premium, the graphic states Advanced Database Cleaner Pro. The actual website of the plugin also states Advanced Database Cleaner Pro. I’ve been searching for Advanced Database Cleaner Pro and can’t find it. Shouldn’t it be listed the same as the actual product site states?
Hi there, I am trying to request an update of the plugin but since some days, I only see the below image. There is no longer any option to request an update or to provide info about the latest version.
Can you please update Database Cleaner Pro to the latest version and also let me know why the function to request updates is no longer working for me.
We would LOVE to update to its latest version, but we encountered an issue with the activation with its latest version. We’re unable to bypass the security in its latest version, as it’s making a lot of server API calls. We will update the file as soon as possible once we got a solution for this.
